The 43-year-old supermodel may have been taking another step in her alleged relationship with the Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor as she prepared to spend Thanksgiving with both him and her kids. The fashion industry mainstay, who recently shared a cryptic message about 'heartbreaks' and 'challenges,' showed off her toned tummy while wearing a patterned top.
