And I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! star Grace Dent has revealed that she'll 'never forget' the moment medics had to remove a cockroach from her ear during her turbulent time in the camp. The food critic, 50, broke her silence in a lengthy Instagram post on Thursday after flying back to the UK following her jungle exit.
